Yaroslav Horbach

I'm Yaroslav — a product designer with over eight years of experience shaping digital products across web and mobile. My work has spanned B2B and B2C SaaS, FinTech, PropTech, and consumer apps, from early-stage startups defining their first product to growth-stage companies refining what already works.

What ties my work together is a focus on people. I design interfaces that feel intuitive not because they're minimal, but because they match how users actually think and work. Good design, to me, is the moment a complex product starts to feel obvious — and getting there means understanding the business, the user, and the constraints of the team building it, in equal measure.

I work end-to-end: from stakeholder conversations and research, through user flows and prototyping in Figma, to high-fidelity design and close collaboration with developers through implementation. I care as much about what gets shipped as what gets designed, which is why I lean toward measurable outcomes — better activation, faster onboarding, lower drop-off — rather than design for its own sake.
